Product Lines

Supplies for the Gala Caterers are sourced locally and are of a very high quality and standard. Our products are cooked fresh on the day they are to be sold. Our canteens sell McCains premium grade french fries and Top Hat hot dogs and we mix our own batter on-site to insure it’s freshness. Both hot dogs and fries are cooked in Bakels Superchef shortening.

For our steak sandwiches we use scotch fillet, fresh onions and Quality Bakers toast bread. We sell the Coca Cola line of soft drinks, including Powerade, mineral water and energy drinks. As for confectionery and novelty items, we sell well known brands like Cadbury, Pascal and Nestles, as well as producing our own candy floss. For our espresso coffee/cafe canteens we handmake a range of cakes, slices & biscuits and produce our own rolls and sandwiches.
